HELMA offers a fast and secure cryptocurrency exchange for Android and iOS users. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including tax regulations.
• Use HELMA solely for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt or harm the Platform through unauthorized access, data mining, or any other malicious activity.

1.3 Updates to Terms

HELMA reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Account registration

To use our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and verification documents as required by HELMA’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide accurate or timely information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.1 Cryptocurrency exchange

HELMA enables users to trade, buy, and sell supported cryptocurrencies. Supported currencies and trading pairs may change at HELMA’s discretion.

3.2 Wallet services

HELMA offers a secure cryptocurrency wallet for storing supported digital assets. While HELMA implements industry-standard security measures, users are solely responsible for safeguarding their private keys and ensuring the safety of their assets.

3.3 Transaction limits

HELMA may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals, and transactions based on account verification levels and regional regulations.

3.4 Fees

All transactions are subject to applicable fees, which will be disclosed on the Platform before you confirm a transaction. Fees may vary based on transaction type, volume, or market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELMA and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of funds, data, or profits resulting from your use of HELMA services.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in HELMA services caused by technical issues, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

HELMA’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to HELMA in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
